What Else We Cover
Radon
Radon comes from the natural breakdown of uranium in soil and gets into the air you breathe. Radon can be found all over Montana. It can get into any type of building and result in a high indoor radon level. Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the USA. Using an EPA approved continuous monitoring system we can test for radon, and give you a detailed report, with EPA recommendations, in just over 48 hours.
Mold
Hollowtop Inspection offers both air quality mold testing and swab testing for visible microbial growth. Once your test is complete you will have an easy-to-read report delivered by email to you within four business days detailing the air quality and finding. Rest assured that you have all the information you need to make an informed and confident decision when purchasing a property.
Thermal Imaging
Hollowtop Inspection uses top of the line thermal imaging cameras on every property we inspect, at no additonal cost. This technology is used to find hidden problems that are otherwise undetectable. We look for moisture intrusion, poorly insulated areas, abnormally hot electrical wiring/components, and heat loss/air leakage.
Water Quality Test
Hollowtop Inspection provides three different levels of water quailty testing for any homes with a cistern or a well. Sometimes a water quality test is just for peace of mind, but for some loans they may be required. Either way you can rest assured, that we will provide you with the water test that fits your needs.
